I believ that the main issues with media is that everything travels faster and if something ace dentally gets out on the media it doesn't take long for it to spread around the world, also people are getting smarter and getting the equipment they need to be able to hack phones and other devices through social networking sites like Instergram, Twitter and Facebook, for example on Facebook now there are new hackers who will post on people's profiles with links that will include a virus that will get into the device slowing them down and allowing them to see all photos, details, log in and passwords, and much more information which they can then use against you and to blackmailed you.

• Cost of the parliaments new building 
• The newspaper back in 1997 said different about the building for parliament then what is being built, in 19997 it was said to be a 40,000,000 pound building but it has now only cost 50,000 so it wasn't to the standards set for parliament in 1997 
• What would happen if you took media out of politics, public would be clueless 
• People would take advantage and abuse being without media as people wouldn't see what there doing 
• Makes public go against campaigns, such as closing jails, a group of females made t-shirts that say not to close the jail
• They have an influence in political opinions
• People are strongly influenced in a fuse against political issues 
• Negative press have a large impact on Scottish people and how they view Scottish politics

ITV is funded through the money it gets through advertising other channels and programs and sponsorships, as with the sponsers you get a income every so often to go against the cost of running the TV channel and programs.

Is a company that broadcast tv programs for the public rather that purely for cermertial purposes

Monopoly - means domination of market by a single company/ owner of a service or product 

Conglomerabe - is a corporation that is made up of different unrelated businesses a conglomerate is one company who owns a connoting state in a number of smaller companies 

Mult-national - means a company that has facilities and assets in more than one country 

Media tycoon - is someone who owns and controls large numbers of news papers, magazines influence the general public 

Plurality - is a state of being plural, numerous and a large number or quantity as in the number of votes a candidates 

Public service broadcaster - perposes is a company the broadcast tv programmes  for commercial perposes

5 things I would do to promote a record company on social media

1. Facebook - I would do a contest where I would post  picture and a post about having the chance to win a free album by sharing the post, liking the post and commenting your name so this way I could see who all of the fans were and the people who like there music also I would also have the names of the fans so I could easily get in touch with them threw Facebook messenger and let them know when new albums were coming out and if there were any deals on to make them want to buy the CD's which is one way of promoting the record company.
2. Facebook - Post about doing sales on tickets for concerts and discounts on the new albums to allow all of fans to know about when concerts and release dates are so that all the fans will know when to buy tickets and by albums when they are in a cheaper deal to buy wig ought loosing as much money because it has being expensive and to much to afford.

I believe that social media is a great way to get in touch with somebody who is in long distance or to create a party and send all of the invites out and also set reminders although on the other hand it is messaging through Internet instead of real life so you don't become as close over messanger as you would in face to face and when texting you can not show feeling unlike you could if you was speaking face to face and in reality instead of Internet.

In my friend Megan's point of view she believes that 'social media is good.' She belives this because it gives you the advantage of contacting friends and family of long distance however it can be addictive nd can cause trouble such as being hacked and something wrong being posted on your wall and having appropriate photos videos or statuses on your wall. Another point made my megan was that without social media you wouldn't be able to know when concerts were and also people wouldn't become as famous as they are now without being followed or friended in Facebook instergram and Twitter.  This is a statement I agree with. 

My mum kerry believes that 'social media is both bad and good' the reasons for this are it can do a lot of good but can also do bad because of rumours lies bad gossip being spread about people when it isn't true. This is a statement that u agree with. 

Another friend Natasha says that 'social media is good' age belives this because if you have family or friends that are abroad it would cost to ring or text so using Facebook is a easy way to get I touch over enternet with ought it costing you anything. This is a statement I agree with. 

Media HW1 (4.)

On my Facebook page the types of videos or photos that I am sharing are mainly funny. I mainly share funny videos, or funny photos because I laugh at the videos and photos I look at, so I believe by sharing it to all my friends and the fellow people who see it once a friend shares it is a good and nice thing.  I have the opinion and thoughts to do this because maybe one day somebody might have had a hard day, a bad day or they might be sad for other reasons such as having a loss or breaking up with someone they truly loved and cared about so by doing this and sharing that one funny video or funny photo I could end up putting a smile on there face or maybe even make them laugh.

I do use my enternet a lot and most of the time it is on social media however I will also use my enternet for reading books and reasearching to help with  homework. Sometimes I do eat while having tea with my family but only for a short time and then I will leave my phone so it is still a family meal. So I do use my enternet usefully for homework and reading and I also do waste some time in social media as I will just check Facebook and Twitter when I have finished my homework and I have nothing else to do.
